新时代民族地区文化产业发展路径探究——以四川省为例

The Development Path of Cultural Industry in Ethnic Areas——A Case Study of Sichuan Province

民族地区文化产业发展速率的滞后性是我国实施文化产业供给侧结构性改革中面临的一大难题。在新时代背景下,民族地区文化产业的发展不能再依靠过去简单单一的传统发展模式,应深挖具有持久生命力和创造力的可持续发展路径。从民族地区文化产业的本质特征出发,以四川省民族地区文化产业发展的数据、案例为基础,总结归纳民族地区文化产业发展的现状、机遇及挑战,从找准产业市场定位、打造民族文化IP、建设产业运行保障平台等五个方面提出我国民族地区文化产业突围制胜的创新举措。

The hysteresis quality of cultural industry in ethnic regions is a difficult problem in the supply-side structural reform of cultural industry in China.The development of cultural industry in ethnic areas should not rely on the simple and single traditional development mode,but explore the sustainable development path with lasting vitality and creativity.This article begins from the essential characteristics of cultural industry in ethnic regions,by using the data and cases of cultural industry development in ethnic regions of Sichuan province as its basis,it summarizes the status quo,opportunities and challenges of cultural industry development in order to provide five suggestions,such as market re-positioning,construction of ethnic culture IP,construction of industrial operation support platform in order to put forward innovative measures and achieve breakthroughs.
