越鞠汤联合左甲状腺素钠片治疗桥本甲状腺炎伴甲状腺功能减退临床研究

Clinical Study on Yueju Tang Combined with Levothyroxine Sodium Tablets for Hashimoto thyroiditis Complicated with Hypothyroidism

目的:观察越鞠汤联合左甲状腺素钠片治疗桥本甲状腺炎伴甲状腺功能减退的临床效果。方法:选择112例桥本甲状腺炎合并甲状腺功能减退的患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各56例,对照组给予左甲状腺素钠片,观察组在对照组治疗基础上应用越鞠汤治疗,对比2组疗效。结果:治疗后,2组游离三碘甲腺原氨酸(FT3)、游离四碘甲腺原氨酸(FT4)、促甲状腺激素(TSH)水平均改善,观察组的改善幅度大于对照组(P<0.05);2组各项中医症状积分均降低,观察组的降低幅度大于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组疗效优于对照组(Z=1.732,P<0.05)。2组患者各项不良反应情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:使用中西医结合治疗桥本甲状腺炎伴甲状腺功能减退患者,可以改善症状,提升治疗效果,安全性良好。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Yueju tang combined with levothyroxine sodium tablets for Hashimoto thyroiditis complicated with hypothyroidism.Methods:A total of 112 cases of patients with Hashimoto thyroiditis complicated with hypothyroidism were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,56 cases in each group.The control group was given levothyroxine sodium tablets,and the observation group was additionally treated with Yueju tang based on the treatment of the control group.The curative effect in the two groups was compared.Results:After treatment,the levels of free triiodothyronine(FT3),free thyroxine(FT4)and thyroid-stimulating hormone(TSH)in the two groups were improved,and the improvement in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05);each Chinese medicine symptom score in the two groups was decreased,and the decrease in the observation group was larger than that in the control group(P<0.05).The curative effect in the observation group was better than that in the control group(Z=1.732,P<0.05).There was no significant difference being found in the comparison of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Integrated Chinese and western medicine therapy in treating patients with Hashimoto thyroiditis complicated with hypothyroidism can relieve symptoms and improve curative effect,with good safety.
