何氏补肾凉血安胎方联合心理干预治疗肾虚血热型早期先兆流产合并宫腔积液临床研究

Clinical Study on He’s Bushen Liangxue Antai Prescription Combined with Psychological Intervention for Early Threatened Abortion Complicated with Endometrial Cavity Fluid of Kidney Deficiency and Blood Heat Type

目的:观察何氏补肾凉血安胎方联合心理干预对肾虚血热型早期先兆流产合并宫腔积液患者的临床疗效。方法:选取孕12周内诊断为先兆流产合并宫腔积液的患者88例,按随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组各44例。对照组给予孕激素联合心理干预治疗,观察组采取心理干预联合何氏补肾凉血安胎方治疗。观察2组治疗前后中医证候积分、血清孕酮(P)及人绒毛膜促性腺激素(HCG)水平,对比2组治疗后3个月妊娠结局及2组总体疗效。结果:治疗后,2组中医证候积分均下降(P<0.05),血清性激素P、HCG水平均升高(P<0.05);与对照组比较,观察组中医证候积分、血清P、HCG水平改善更明显(P<0.05)。与对照组比较,观察组3个月继续妊娠率更高,流产率更低(P<0.05);观察组总体疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:何氏补肾凉血安胎方联合心理干预治疗肾虚血热型早期先兆流产,可显著减轻临床症状,提高有助于保胎的血清激素,提高妊娠率,减少流产,且增加总体疗效。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of He’s Bushen Liangxue Antai prescription combined with psychological intervention for threatened abortion complicated with endometrial cavity fluid of kidney deficiency and blood heat type.Methods:A total of 88 cases of patients who were pregnant for fewer than 12 weeks and diagnosed as threatened abortion complicated with endometrial cavity fluid were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,44 cases in each group.The control group was treated with progesterone combined with psychological intervention,and the observation group was treated with psychological intervention combined with He’s Bushen Liangxue Antai prescription.Before and after treatment,the Chinese medicine syndrome scores and the levels of progesterone(P)and human chorionic gonadotropin(HCG)in serum in the two groups were observed.After treatment,the pregnancy outcome of three months and total curative effect in the two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the Chinese medicine syndrome scores in the two groups were decreased(P<0.05),and the levels of P and HCG in serum were increased(P<0.05);compared with that in the control group,the improvement of Chinese medicine syndrome scores and levels of P and HCG in serum in the observation group was more significant(P<0.05).Compared with those in the control group,the ongoing pregnancy rate of three months in the observation group was higher and the abortion rate was lower(P<0.05);the total curative effect in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:He’s Bushen Liangxue Antai prescription combined with psychological intervention in intervening early threatened abortion of kidney deficiency and blood heat type can significantly relieve clinical symptoms,improve the serum hormones which are helpful for fetal protection,increase the pregnancy rate,reduce the occurrence of abortion,and increase the overall effect.
