紫草油加造口护肤粉配合细节化护理对失禁相关性皮炎患者康复效果的影响

Effect of Zicao Oil and Ostomy Powder Combined with Detailed Nursing on Rehabilitation of Patients with Incontinence Associated Dermatitis

目的:观察紫草油加造口护肤粉配合细节化护理对失禁相关性皮炎(IAD)患者康复效果的影响。方法:选取204例IAD患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各102例。对照组给予常规干预,观察组给予紫草油加造口护肤粉配合细节化护理干预。比较2组患者临床治疗效果,观察不同时点会阴部评分量表(PAT)评分和愈合时间。结果:观察组总有效率为97.06%,高于对照组69.61%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同时点组内比较,2组患者预后第1天、预后第2天、预后第3天PAT评分均下降(P<0.05)。同时点组间比较,观察组患者预后第1天、预后第2天、预后第3天PAT评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组愈合时间低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:紫草油加造口护肤粉配合细节化护理干预应用于IAD患者中,可显著提高临床治疗效果,改善皮炎症状,促进患者康复。

Objective:To observe the effect of the therapy of Zicao oil and Ostomy powder combined with detailed nursing on the rehabilitation of patients with incontinence associated dermatitis(IAD).Methods:A total of 204 IAD patients were selected as subjects and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method,102 cases in each group.The control group was given routine intervention,and the observation group was treated with Zicao oil and Ostomy powder combined with detailed nursing.The clinical therapeutic effect,the scores of Perineal Assessment Tool(PAT)at different time points and the healing time in the two groups were observed and compared.Results:The total effective rate was 97.06%in the observation group,higher than that of 69.61%in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).When compared at different time points between the two groups,the PAT scores on the first,second and third days of treatment in the two groups were decreased(P<0.05).When compared at the same time points between the two groups,the PAT scores on the first,second and third days of treatment in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The healing time in the observation group was less than that in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The therapy of Zicao oil and Ostomy powder combined with detailed nursing for IAD patients,can significantly improve the clinical therapeutic effect and the prognosis of dermatitis symptoms as well as promote the recovery of patients.
