参芪扶正注射液联合多西他赛治疗乳腺癌临床研究

Clinical Study on Shenqi Fuzheng Injection Combined with Docetaxel for Breast Cancer

目的:观察参芪扶正注射液和多西他赛联合治疗乳腺癌的临床效果。方法:按照随机数字表法将98例乳腺癌患者随机分为对照组和联合组,每组49例。2组患者均给予多西他赛及环磷酰胺常规化疗,联合组在此基础上给予参芪扶正注射液联合治疗,对比2组患者治疗前后T淋巴细胞亚群变化情况、树突状细胞(DC)表面分子的表达情况、血清肿瘤标志物的水平变化及不良反应发生情况。结果:2组治疗前CD3^+、CD4^+、CD8^+、CD4^+/CD8^+比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。2组治疗后CD3^+、CD4^+、CD4^+/CD8^+与治疗前比较明显升高,CD8^+较治疗前降低,联合组变化程度更为明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组治疗前CD80、CD83、CD86比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。2组治疗后CD80、CD83、CD86与治疗前比较明显升高,联合组升高程度更为明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组治疗前血清CEA、CA125、CA153比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。2组治疗后血清CEA、CA125、CA153水平与治疗前比较明显降低,联合组降低程度更为明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合组Ⅲ~Ⅳ级不良反应发生率与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=6.513,P<0.05)。结论:乳腺癌患者采用参芪扶正注射液和多西他赛联合治疗的临床效果确切,可提高患者细胞免疫功能,抑制肿瘤生长,降低化疗不良反应。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Shenqi Fuzheng injection combined with docetaxel for breast cancer.Methods:Divided 98 cases of patients with breast cancer into the control group and the combination group according to random number table,49 cases in each group.Both groups received routine chemotherapy with docetaxel and cyclophosphamide,while the combination group additionally received Shenqi Fuzheng injection.Compared the changes of Tlymphocyte subsets,the expression of dendritic cell(DC)surface molecules,the changes in levels of serum tumor markers and the occurrence of adverse reactions in both groups before and after treatment.Results:Before treatment,there was no significant difference being found when comparing the levels of CD3^+,CD4^+,CD8^+and CD4^+/CD8^+between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of CD3^+,CD4^+and CD4^+/CD8^+in both groups were significantly higher than those before treatment,the levels of CD8^+were lower than those before treatment,and each index above in the combination group was improved more obviously,differences being significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference being found when comparing the levels of CD80,CD83 and CD86 between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of CD80,CD83 and CD86 in both groups were significantly higher than those before treatment,and each index above in the combination group was increased more obviously,differences being significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference being found when comparing the levels of serum CEA,CA125 and CA153 between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum CEA,CA125 and CA153 in both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and each index above in the combination group was decreased more obviously,differences being significant(P<0.05).There was significant difference being found when comparing adverse reactions of grade III to IV in the combination group with those in the control group(χ^2=6.513,P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of Shenqi Fuzheng injection combined with docetaxel has exact effect in treating patients with breast cancer,which can improve cellular immune function,inhibit tumor growth and reduce the adverse reactions due to chemotherapy.
