中药涂擦配合红外线照射治疗老年腰肌劳损临床研究

Clinical Study of Chinese Herbal Medicine Inunction Combined with Infrared Irradiation for Lumbar Muscle Strain in Senile Patients

目的:观察中药涂擦配合红外线照射治疗老年腰肌劳损的临床疗效。方法:选取80例老年腰肌劳损患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各40例。对照组给予中药涂擦治疗,观察组给予中药涂擦配合红外线照射治疗。对比2组临床疗效,治疗前后的视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)、压痛积分、腰肌耐力时间和背肌力。结果:观察组总有效率95.0%,高于对照组的75.0%(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组VAS评分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),观察组VAS评分比对照组降低更明显(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组ODI、压痛积分均较治疗前降低,腰肌耐力时间均较治疗前延长,背肌力均较治疗前增大,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组ODI、压痛积分均低于对照组,腰肌耐力时间长于对照组,背肌力大于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药涂擦配合红外线照射治疗老年腰肌劳损,能更好地缓解患者的疼痛症状,快速恢复腰部功能,增强腰背部肌肉耐力,临床疗效显著。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Chinese herbal medicine inunction combined with infrared irradiation for lumbar muscle strain in senile patients.Methods:A total of 80 cases of senile patients with lumbar muscle strain were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Chinese herbal medicine inunction,and the observation group was treated with Chinese herbal medicine inunction combined with infrared irradiation.The clinical effect,as well as the scores of Visual Analogue Scale(VAS),Oswestry Diasbility Index(ODI),tenderness scores,endurance time of psoas and back muscle strength before and after treatment in the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate was95.0%in the observation group,higher than that of 75.0%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the VAS scores in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the decrease in the observation group was more obvious than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the ODI and tenderness scores in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment;the endurance time of psoas was prolonged when compared with that before treatment;and back muscle strength was increased when compared with that before treatment,differences being significant(P<0.05).The ODI and tenderness score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the endurance time of psoas was longer than that in the control group,and the back muscle strength was greater than that in the control group,differences being significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The therapy of Chinese herbal medicine inunction combined with infrared irradiation for lumbar muscle strain in senile patients can better relieve their pain symptoms,quickly recover the lumbar function,and enhance the endurance of the muscles of waist and back,which has significant clinical effect.
