补光对‘早黑宝’葡萄光合特性的影响 被引量:4

摘要 以‘早黑宝’葡萄为试材,设置设施内补光和露地补光处理,并分别以设施内自然光和露地自然光为对照,共4个处理,测定叶片的叶绿素含量和光合特性参数。结果表明:设施内‘早黑宝’葡萄叶片的类胡萝卜素含量显著高于露地,其中设施内补光处理叶片的类胡萝卜素含量最高,为0.32 mg/g,各处理间叶片总叶绿素、叶绿素a、叶绿素b含量均无显著差异;设施内葡萄的叶片温度均高于露地,且差异均显著,设施内自然光处理的叶片温度在14:00达到最高(32.68℃);补光结束后即18:00时,设施内补光处理叶片净光合速率最高,显著高于设施内自然光处理和露地处理;各处理的叶片气孔导度变化情况与蒸腾速率相似,均呈现先上升后下降的趋势。综上,设施内外栽植环境的不同对‘早黑宝’葡萄光合作用的影响大于补光对其的影响,设施内补光是更有利于‘早黑宝’葡萄生长的栽培模式。 Taking‘Zaoheibao’grape as the test material,the light supplement in the facility and the light supplement in the open air were set up,and the natural light in the facility and the natural light in the open air were taken as the control,four treatments in total were used to measure the chlorophyll content and photosynthetic characteristic parameters of the leaves.The carotenoid content of‘Zaoheibao’grape leaves in the facility was significantly higher than that in the open air cultivation,and the highest content was 0.32 mg/g under the supplementary light in the facility.There was no significant difference in the total chlorophyll,chlorophyll a and chlorophyll b content among the treatments.The temperature of leaves in the greenhouse was higher than that in the open cultivation,and the difference was significant.The temperature of leaves in the greenhouse reached the highest at 14:00(32.68℃).After light supplement,the net photosynthetic rate of leaves in the light supplement treatment was the highest,significantly higher than that in the natural light treatment and that in the open field treatment.The change of stomatal conductance was similar to that of transpiration rate,showing a trend of first rising and then declining.The effect of different planting environments on photosynthesis of‘Zaoheibao’grape was greater than that of supplementary light.Supplementary light cultivation in facilities is more conducive to the growth of‘Zaoheibao’grape cultivation mode.
