The Coronavirus outbreak in 2020 has a great impact on the home furnishing industry.How should companies deal with it?Professional opinions within the industry and broad-spectrum analysis outside the industry have divergent opinions,and screening them requires rationality and wisdom rather than going with the stream.In responding to this sudden change,enterprises must maintain strategic flexibility and strength.This paper discussed the corporate governance system from the perspective of biological evolution.What’s more,it pointed out that the Coronavirus outbreak cannot change the basic laws and major trends of economic activities,nor can it change the successful elements such as the basic capabilities and basic logic of corporate governance.The foundation of governing companies still depends on one’s physical fitness and internal skills.
