Exploration of Quality Control Management under Lean Production in Furniture Enterprises

家具企业正处于关键转型期,现阶段成本和质量成为了企业迫切需要解决的两大问题。随着现代企业管理水平的提高,精益生产在国内快速受到关注与应用。在客户追求低价高质的市场环境下,精益生产为家具企业提供一种新的管理模式,在降低企业成本的同时能促进企业品质的健康持续提升。因此,探索家具企业在精益生产下如何有效控制产品品质是非常有必要的。本文从整条生产链出发,通过制造过程关键环节进行分类研究,得出家具精益品控管理的管理方法及应用原则。

Furniture enterprise is in a critical transition period.It is very urgent for furniture enterprises to solve two problems which include cost and quality.With the improvement of modern enterprise management level,lean production has received rapid attention and application in China.In the market environment where customers pursue low prices and high quality,lean production provides a new management model for furniture companies,which promotes the healthy and continuous improvement of corporate quality while reducing the cost of enterprises.Therefore,it is very necessary to explore how furniture companies can effectively control the product quality under lean production.Starting from the whole production chain,this paper conducts classification research through the key links of the manufacturing process,and draws the management methods and application principles of furniture lean quality control management.
