沙发框架结构的可拆卸性探讨

Exploration on Disassembly Property of Sofa Frame Structure

沙发框架整体功能系统可分为三个子结构系统:座框架子系统、后支撑框架子系统、扶手框架子系统。本文与从传统的沙发框架不利于拆卸与维修和更新这一问题为出发点,总结了沙发在生产加工过程中存在的问题及影响与沙发拆卸结构的因素,剖析了现代生活对可拆卸沙发的需求,得出了可拆卸式沙发的设计能起到一定的降低生产成本的效果。文章主要从零件、连接件、接口为基础探索了可拆卸沙发的设计方法,为之后沙发框架的标准化设计研究提供了理论意义。

Starting from the problem that the traditional sofa frame is not conducive to disassembly,maintenance and renewal,this paper summarizes the problems existing in the production and processing of sofa and the factors affecting the disassembly structure of sofa,and analyses the demand of modern life for disassembly sofa.,concludes that the design of detachable sofa can reduce the production cost to a certain extent.This paper mainly explores the design method of detachable sofa based on its parts,connectors and interfaces,which provides theoretical significance for the standardized design of sofa frame.
