摘要
目的调查了解医生对"互联网+医疗健康"的认可程度与评价。方法以重庆区县人民医院医生为调查对象,自行设计问卷进行调查。结果医生对"互联网+医疗健康"的认可度达到65.98%;医生群体对"互联网+医疗健康"所带来的服务内容协同、服务主体协同以及服务监管环节协同高度认同;影响医生评价"互联网+医疗健康"的关键要素包括医生认知、医生偏好以及医患关系。结论改善医生对"互联网+医疗健康"的认知,重视医生个体偏好对"互联网+医疗健康"认知的影响,借助医患关系改善提升医生对"互联网+医疗健康"认可度将有助于推动"互联网+医疗健康"实施。
Objective To investigate the doctors’ recognition and evaluation of "Internet plus medical health". Methods Doctors of The People’s Hospital in Changshou District of Chongqing were taken as the objects of investigation using a self-designed questionnaire. Results The rate of doctors’ recognition for "Internet plus medical health" was 65.98%. Doctors highly recognized the synergy of service contents, subjects and supervision links brought by "Internet plus medical health". The key factors that affect doctors’ evaluation of "Internet plus medical health" included doctors’ cognition, preference and doctor-patient relationship. Conclusions The implementation of "Internet plus medical health" will be promoted by improving doctors’ cognition of "Internet plus medical health", emphasizing the influence of doctors’ individual preferences on cognition of "Internet plus medical health", and improving doctors’ recognition of "Internet plus medical health" by means of the improvement of doctor-patient relationship.
