摘要
采用激光-电弧复合技术焊接BS960E高强钢板材,以探索高强度合金钢的焊接接头组织及性能。采用扫描电子显微镜表征焊缝组织及断口形貌,结果显示:采用直径1.2 mm的90G型焊丝焊接,对应的接头组织主要为板条贝氏体,少量马氏体和MA组元,热影响区组织以板条马氏体为主。焊缝接头抗拉强度为1 117.13 MPa,延伸率为11.82%;焊缝冲击吸收功为23 J,冲击断口主要呈现韧窝状形貌,热影响区冲击吸收功为14 J,冲击断口主要以准解理断裂为主。
In order to explore the microstructure and property of welded joint of high strength alloy steel,the laser-arc hybrid weld-ing was used to weld BS960E high strength steel plate.Scanning electron microscopy was used to characterize the micros-tructure and fracture morphology.The results show that when adopting 90G welding wire with diameter of 1.2 mm,the microstructure of welded joint is mainly composed of lath bainite,a small amount of marten-site and MA elements,and the micros-tructure of heat affected zone is mainly composed of lath marten-site.The tensile strength of the welded joint is 1117.13 MPa,and the elongation is 11.82%.The impact absorbing energy of the weld is 23 J,and the impact fracture mainly presents dimple shape.The impact absorbing energy of the heat affected zone is 14 J,and the impact fracture is mainly quasi cleavage fracture.
