New Inquiry about the Date and Spot of the Jimingsansheng Conference

中央红军长征途中博古向张闻天交权的“鸡鸣三省”会议是遵义会议的继续。对于这个会议召开的日期,学术界以前基本没有异议,但在何地召开,学术界则意见不一。通过对“鸡鸣三省”会议前的通道会议、黎平会议、猴场会议、遵义会议、土城会议所需要的在开会地点需停留一整天以上的时间条件和中共中央面临的迫切需要解决的问题的分析、探讨,结合对中共中央、军委当时发出的电报等档案资料和有关会议资料进行考证,得出的结论是:1.博古、洛甫交接班的中央常委分工会议开会的时间应是1935年2月4日白天。2.史学界所说的“鸡鸣三省”会议,包含了中央常委分工会议和张闻天主持的中央和军委讨论中央苏区问题的会议。3.会议召开的地点应是石厢子。

Jimingsansheng conference,in which Zhang Wentian succeeded Bo Gu during the Long March of the Central Red Army,is a continuation of the Zunyi conference.In the academic community,there exists consensus on the date but not on the place of the conference.Through analyzing the temporal condition of more than one-whole-day stays in the places for previous conferences of Tongdao,Liping,Houchang,Zunyi and Tucheng,and the urgent problems need to be solved by the CPC Central,incorporating the survey of dossiers including telegraphs sent by the CPC Central and the Military Committee and relevant conference files,following conclusions are drawn:1.The meeting,in which Luo Fu succeeded Bo Gu,on responsibility sharing among the standing committee members was convened in the day time of February 4,1935;2.The Jimingsansheng conference named by the historians comprised the meeting on responsibility sharing among the standing committee members and the meeting presided by Zhang Wentian of the CPC Central and the Military Committee on the issues of the Central Soviet Area;3.The place of the conference should be Shixiangzi.
