比索洛尔、依那普利和螺内酯联合治疗风湿性心脏病慢性心力衰竭的效果

Effect of Combination of Bisuoluoer,Inapril and Lonolactone on Chronic Heart Failure in Rheumatic Heart Disease

目的分析研究在风湿性心脏病慢性心力衰竭治疗中使用比索洛尔、依那普利和螺内酯等药物进行治疗的效果及安全性。方法参与此次研究的84例病患均经检查确诊为风湿性心脏病慢性心力衰竭,对上述患者分组进行治疗,所有病患均为2017年2月至2018年3月收治,依据数字表法分组,对照组使用常规疗法,观察组则使用比索洛尔、依那普利和螺内酯进行治疗,各42例。治疗结束后对比治疗效果。结果观察组42例患者有40例有效,治疗总有效率为95.2%,高于对照组患者42例中有33例有效的78.6%,差异有意义(P<0.05)。比较治疗前LVEED、LVESD以及LVEF水平,结果均无明显差异(P>0.05),对比治疗后以上指标结果则显示观察组改善效果更佳(P<0.05)。治疗过程中两组均未发生明显不良反应。结论对风湿性心脏病慢性心力衰竭患者使用比索洛尔、依那普利和螺内酯治疗可得到良好疗效,有利于改善患者心功能,促进患者康复且具有良好用药安全性。

Objective To study the efficacy and safety of bisolol,inapril and spironolactone in the treatment of chronic heart failure in rheumatic heart disease.Methods 84 patients who participated in the study were diagnosed with chronic heart failure due to rheumatic heart disease.The above patients were treated in groups.All patients were admitted between February 2017 and March 2018.According to the digital table method,the control group used conventional therapy.The group was treated with bisolol,inapril and spironolactone in 42 cases each.After the treatment,compare the effect of treatment.Results The total effective rate of treatment was 95.2%in 42 patients in the observation group,which was higher than 78.6%in 33 patients in the control group.The difference was significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the LVEED,LVESD,and LVEF levels before the treatment(P>0.05).The results of the above indicators compared with the treatment showed that the observation group improved better(P<0.05).No significant adverse reactions occurred in both groups during treatment.Conclusion The treatment of patients with chronic heart failure with rheumatic heart disease with bisolol,inapril and spironolactone can obtain good results,which is beneficial to improving the cardiac function,promoting the rehabilitation of patients and having good drug safety.
