孕中晚期胎儿脐血异常对妊娠结局的影响

The Influence of Abnormal Umbilical Blood Flow to Pregnancy Outcome in Middle-late Pregnancy

目的探讨孕中晚期胎儿脐血异常对妊娠结局的影响。方法以2018年1月至10月在我院治疗的80例脐血异常的孕中晚期产妇为研究对象,按是否接受药物治疗分为观察组42例和对照组38例,比较两组疗效、围生儿预后和分娩方式。结果观察组总有效率为95.24%,对照组为84.21%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组新生儿窒息、HIE、FGR的发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组羊水污染的发生率无明显差异(P>0.05);观察组孕妇顺产率高于对照组,剖宫产率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胎儿脐血异常应积极治疗,有利于改善妊娠结局。

Objective To explore the influence of abnormal umbilical blood flow to pregnancy outcome in middle-late pregnancy.Methods 80 cases in middle-late pregnancy with abnormal umbilical blood flow that treated in our hospital from January to October 2018 were selected as the research objects,they were divided into the observation group with 42 cases and the control group with 38 cases according to whether or not they received drug treatment,compared their effect,fetal prognosis and delivery mode.Results The total effect of the observation group was 95.24%,which of the control group was 84.21%,the difference was statistical significant(P<0.05);the incidence rate of neonatal asphyxia,HIE and FGR of the control group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistical significant(P<0.05),there was no significant difference in the incidence of amniotic fluid pollution between the two groups(P>0.05);vaginal delivery rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and cesarean section rate was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Abnormal umbilical blood should be actively treated to improve pregnancy outcome.
