观察鼻内镜手术治疗慢性鼻炎鼻窦炎的疗效

To Observe the Curative Effect of Endoscopic Sinus Surgery for Chronic Rhinitis and Sinusitis

目的探讨鼻内镜手术治疗慢性鼻炎鼻窦炎的疗效。方法纳入2017年10月至2018年12月86例慢性鼻炎鼻窦炎患者,年龄23~71岁,平均年龄(41.72±2.57)岁。男女56例和30例。所有患者实施鼻内镜手术。分析窦口恢复通畅时间、脓性分泌物清除时间、嗅觉恢复正常的时间;治疗前后患者症状积分、炎症指标、生存质量;并发症。结果治疗后86例患者症状积分、炎症指标、生存质量优于治疗前,P<0.05。86例患者窦口恢复通畅时间、脓性分泌物清除时间、嗅觉恢复正常的时间分别是(2.14±0.24)d、(4.24±0.21)d和(7.89±0.46)d。86例患者并发症有2例。结论慢性鼻炎鼻窦炎患者实施鼻内镜手术可获得较好效果。

Objective To investigate the effect of endoscopic sinus surgery on chronic rhinitis and sinusitis.Methods 86 patients with chronic rhinitis and sinusitis from October 2017 to December 2018 were enrolled.Their ages ranged from 23 to 71 years,with an average age of(41.72±2.57)years.There were 56 males and 30 females.All patients underwent endoscopic sinus surgery.The recovery time of sinus orifice,clearance time of purulent secretion and recovery time of olfaction were analyzed.Symptom score,inflammation index,quality of life and complications were analyzed before and after treatment.Result Symptom score,inflammation index and quality of life of 86 patients after treatment were better than those before treatment,P<0.05.The recovery time of sinus orifice,purulent secretion clearance time and olfactory recovery time of 86 patients were(2.14±0.24),(4.24±0.21)and(7.89±0.46)days,respectively.There were 2 complications in 86 patients.Conclusion Endoscopic sinus surgery for chronic rhinitis and sinusitis can achieve better results.
