探讨心电散点图诊断心律失常的临床效果

To Explore the Clinical Effect of ECG Dispersion Chart in Diagnosing Arrhythmias

目的对心电散点图诊断心率失常的临床效果进行研究。方法选取2018年2月至2019年2月我院收治的心律失常患者80例作为本次研究对象,根据收治时间分为对照组与观察组两组,每组40例患者,对照组患者采用常规十二导联心电图来诊断,观察组患者采用心电散点图进行诊断,对比两组患者的诊断准确率、误诊率及漏诊率。结果观察组患者的诊断准确率明显高于对照组患者,误诊率与漏诊率明显低于对照组患者,差异显著,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将心电散点图应用于心律失常患者的诊断过程中,具有明显效果,可将诊断准确率提高,同时降低误诊与漏诊率,临床意义显著,值得进一步推广应用。

Objective To study the clinical effect of electrocardiogram in diagnosing arrhythmia.Methods 80 patients with arrhythmias from February 2018 to February 2019 were selected as the subjects of this study.According to the time of treatment,they were divided into two groups:control group and observation group.Each group had 40 patients.The control group used the conventional 12-lead electrocardiogram.Diagnosis,Patients in the observation group were diagnosed by electrocardiogram,and the diagnosis accuracy,misdiagnosis and missed rate were compared between the two groups.Results The diagnostic accuracy rate of the patients in the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the misdiagnosis rate and missed diagnosis rate were significantly lower than that of the control group,with significant differences and statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of electrocardiogram to the diagnosis of arrhythmias has obvious effect,which can improve the diagnostic accuracy and reduce the rate of misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis.The clinical significance is significant,and it is worth further promotion and application.
