喹诺酮类抗菌药的应用效果、临床合理应用及不良反应分析

Application Effect,Clinical Rational Application and Adverse Reaction Analysis of Quinolone Antibiotics

目的研究喹诺酮类抗菌药物应用的效果,分析临床的应用合理性和使用的不良反应状况。方法本文研究对象均为我院在2017年10月至2018年10月接受抗菌药物治疗而且出现不良反应的患者,为方便调查和研究,选择50例经过喹诺酮类抗菌药物治疗出现不良反应的患者作为本文的观察组,选择经过其他抗菌药物治疗出现不良反应的50例患者作为本文的对照组,对两组患者的临床治疗效果进行评价分析,并且比较两组患者不良反应的状况和不合理使用情况等。结果观察组患者治疗的总有效率为92.00%(46/50),对照组为82.00%(41/50),观察组明显高于对照组,P<0.05,差异存在统计学意义;观察组患者不良反应发生状况根据不同途径进行分析可得,静脉滴注所占比重较高,其次为口服给药;根据不同系统的情况进行分析,胃肠道系统的不良反应发生率高,其次为中枢神经系统;而且左氧氟沙星的不良反应所占比重最高,其次为加替沙星。观察组当中超过60岁群体的患者出现不良反应时间最短,但恢复时间最长,18~30周岁群体当中的不良反应时间最长,但恢复时间最短;在观察组群体当中,喹诺酮类药物不合理使用主要是用法存在不合理的情况。结论临床需要强化对喹诺酮类抗菌药物的使用准确度,因此应加大力度对相关医师进行培训,这样才能使医务人员充分了解药物的药理作用,在对患者给药的过程中需要强化对患者用药前的皮试,这样能够更好的保证用药安全性。

Objective To study the application effect of quinolones antibacterial drugs,and analyze the rationality of clinical application and adverse reactions.Method In this paper,the research object is the hospital in October 2017 to October 2018 antimicrobial therapy and adverse reaction of patients,for the convenience of investigation and research,select 50 cases after class quinolone antibacterial drugs treatment in patients with adverse reactions as observation group,this paper choose after other antimicrobial treatment in 50 cases of adverse drug reactions(adrs),as in this paper,the control group,to evaluate the clinical therapeutic effect of two groups of patients with analysis,and compare the status of the two groups of patients with adverse reaction and unreasonable usage,etc.Results The total effective rate of the treatment in the observation group was 92.00%(46/50),and that in the control group was 82.00%(41/50).The total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.Adverse reactions of patients in the observation group were analyzed according to different ways,and it was found that intravenous drip accounted for a high proportion,followed by oral administration;According to the analysis of different systems,the incidence of adverse reactions in the gastrointestinal system is high,followed by the central nervous system.In addition,the proportion of adverse reactions to levofloxacin was the highest,followed by gatifloxacin.In the observation group,the patients over 60 years old had the shortest adverse reaction time,but the longest recovery time.The patients between 18 and 30 years old had the longest adverse reaction time,but the shortest recovery time.In the observation group,unreasonable use of quinolones was mainly due to unreasonable usage.Conclusion Clinical needs strengthening of quinolone antibacterial drugs use accuracy,so the doctor should be stepped up efforts for the training,so that the medical staff fully understand the pharmacological effects of drugs,dosage for the patient in the process of the need to strengthen the patients skin test before use,it can better ensure medication safety.
