探析自拟益肾泄浊汤联合血液透析疗法治疗尿毒症的临床疗效

To Explore the Clinical Effect of Self-made Yishen Xiezhuo Decoction combined with Hemodialysis in the Treatment of Uremia

目的探析自拟益肾泄浊汤联合血液透析疗法治疗尿毒症的临床疗效。方法我院100例2017年2月至2018年5月尿毒症患者。随机分组,常规组采取血液透析治疗,自拟益肾泄浊汤治疗组则采取血液透析+自拟益肾泄浊汤治疗。比较两组疾病疗效;肾功能指标改善的时间;治疗前后患者尿蛋白清除率等肾功能指标;并发症发生率。结果自拟益肾泄浊汤治疗组有更高的疗效,P<0.05。其中,常规组显效33例,有效17例,无效0例,总有效率是100%;自拟益肾泄浊汤治疗组显效14例,有效26例,无效10例,总有效率是80%。治疗前常规组、自拟益肾泄浊汤治疗组尿蛋白清除率等肾功能指标相近,P>0.05;治疗后自拟益肾泄浊汤治疗组尿蛋白清除率等肾功能指标变化幅度更大,P<0.05。自拟益肾泄浊汤治疗组肾功能指标改善的时间和常规组比较有优势,P<0.05,自拟益肾泄浊汤治疗组肾功能指标改善的时间是(12.41±1.23)d,而常规组是(17.21±2.57)d。自拟益肾泄浊汤治疗组并发症发生率3例(6.00%)低于常规组10例(20.00%),P<0.05。结论血液透析+自拟益肾泄浊汤治疗尿毒症效果好,可有效改善患者的肾功能,并加速患者尿蛋白的清除,提高治疗的效果,减少并发症的出现,是一种值得推广和应用的治疗尿毒症的有效方案。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of self-treatment of uremia by using Self-made Yishen Xiezhuo Decoction combined with hemodialysis.Methods 100 cases of uremia in our hospital from February 2017 to May 2018.Random group,routine group to adopt hemodialysis treatment,Self-made Yishen Xiezhuo Decoction treatment group to adopt hemodialysis+Self-made Yishen Xiezhuo Decoction treatment.To compare the curative effect of two groups of diseases;Time of improvement of renal function indicators;Renal function index such as urinary protein clearance before and after treatment;Incidence of complications.Results The self-made Yishen Xiezhuo Decoction group had higher efficacy,P<0.05.Among them,33 cases were markedly effective in the conventional group,17 cases were effective,and 0 cases were ineffective.The total effective rate was 100%;the self-made Yishen Xiezhuo Decoction treatment group had 14 cases,26 cases were effective,10 cases were invalid,and the total effective rate was 80%.Before treatment,routine function group and self-made Yishen Xiezhuo decoction treatment group had similar urine protein clearance rate and other renal function indexes,P>0.05;After treatment,the renal function indexes such as urine protein clearance rate of Yishen Xiezhuo Decoction treatment group changed more,P<0.05.The improvement time of kidney function index of self-made Yishen Xiezhuo Tang treatment group is better than that of conventional group,P<0.05,the improvement time of kidney function index of self-made Yishen Xiezhuo Tang treatment group is(12.41±1.23)d The regular group is(17.21±2.57)d.The incidence of complications in the self-made Yishen Xiezhuo decoction treatment group was 3(6.00%),which was lower than that in the conventional group 10 cases(20.00%),P<0.05.Conclusion Hemodialysis+Self-made Yishen Xiezhuo Decoction is effective in the treatment of uremia.It can effectively improve the renal function of patients,accelerate the removal of uremin in patients,improve the effect of treatment,and reduce the occurrence of complications.It is an effective treatment program for uremia that is worth promoting and applying.
