固肾益精汤治疗骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩性骨折的临床观察实践思考

Clinical Observation and Practice of Gushen Yijing Decoction in the Treatment of Osteoporotic Thoracolumbar Compression Fracture

目的探讨使用固肾益精汤治疗骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩性骨折的临床效果。方法80骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩性骨折患者,2018年1月至2019年5月接受我院治疗,设置对照组与试验组后随机各40例入组。对照组使用常规西药治疗,试验组使用固肾益精汤治疗,比较两组疗效,对比患者治疗前后的骨密度。结果治疗总有效率对比试验组的92.50%高于对照组的75.00%,差异显著(χ~2=4.5006,P=0.0338)。骨密度组间对比,治疗前组间差异检验P>0.05,治疗后两组均优于治疗前且差异检验P<0.05,治疗后试验组优于对照组且差异检验P<0.05。结论固肾益精汤治疗骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩性骨折患者时能有效提升患者的骨密度,促使骨折恢复效果提升,临床价值较高。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Gushen Yijing decoction in the treatment of osteoporotic thoracolumbar compression fracture.Methods 80 patients with osteoporotic thoracolumbar compression fracture were treated in our hospital from January 2018 to May 2019.40 patients in the control group and 40 patients in the experimental group were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the experimental group was treated with Gushen Yijing decoction.The curative effect of the two groups was compared,and the bone mineral density(bone mineral density)of the patients before and after treatment was compared.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 92.50%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(75.00%)(χ~2=4.5006,P=0.0338).There was significant difference between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,both groups were better than the treatment group(P>0.05),and the difference between the two groups was better than that of the treatment group after treatment.Before treatment and difference test P<0.05,after treatment,the experimental group was superior to the control group and the difference test P<0.05.Conclusion Gushen Yijing decoction can effectively increase bone mineral density and improve the effect of fracture recovery in patients with osteoporotic thoracolumbar compression fracture.
