健康教育干预在慢性胃炎护理中的应用效果评价

Effect Evaluation of Health Education Intervention in the Nursing of Chronic Gastritis

目的探讨对慢性胃炎患者给予健康教育干预后获得的应用效果。方法选择我院2017年6月至2019年2月收治的139例慢性胃炎患者作为实验对象;随机数表法分组后探究每组护理策略;比照组(69例):选择基础护理策略展开;实验组(70例):选择基础护理策略+健康教育干预策略展开;比较两组慢性胃炎患者健康知识总掌握率以及生活质量各项指标评价结果。结果实验组慢性胃炎患者健康知识总掌握率(98.57%)高于比照组(81.16%)明显(P<0.05);最终发现实验组慢性胃炎患者睡眠质量评分、情感职能评分、精神健康评分、躯体疼痛评分以及总体健康评分均高于比照组明显(P<0.05)。结论慢性胃炎患者于临床接受健康教育干预后,对于健康知识总掌握率提升,睡眠质量评分、情感职能评分、精神健康评分、躯体疼痛评分以及总体健康评分提升,效果明显,最终对于慢性胃炎患者生活质量以及病情康复状态双重提升,奠定基础。

Objective To explore the effect of health education intervention on chronic gastritis patients.Methods 139 patients with chronic gastritis admitted to our hospital from June 2017 to February 2019 were selected as experimental subjects.The random number table method was used to explore the nursing strategies of each group after grouping.Comparison group(69 cases):select basic nursing strategy;The experimental group(70 cases):selected basic nursing strategy+health education intervention strategy launched;Compare the two groups of chronic gastritis patients health knowledge master rate and quality of life indicators evaluation results.Results The total mastery rate of health knowledge in the experimental group(98.57%)was significantly higher than that in the comparison group(81.16%)(P<0.05).The sleep quality score of the comparison group was(72.19±5.32).The score of emotional function was(73.22±6.33).Mental health score(69.85±4.93);The score of physical pain was(75.55±2.39).The overall health score was(73.33±5.22).The sleep quality score of patients in the experimental group was(91.77±4.55).The score of emotional function was(93.51±4.59).Mental health score(92.27±2.53);The score of physical pain was(90.46±3.02).The overall health score was(92.02±4.99).Finally,it was found that the scores of sleep quality,emotional function,mental health,physical pain and overall health of chronic gastritis patients in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the comparison group(P<0.05).Conclusion In patients with chronic gastritis clinical accepted health education after the intervention,the health knowledge total rate of ascension,the sleep quality score,emotion function score,score of mental health,body pain scores and improve overall health score,obvious effect,finally to chronic gastritis patients quality of life and rehabilitation condition after double promotion,lay the foundation.
