早期肠内营养护理对脑外伤昏迷患者的效果探讨护理

Effect of Early Enteral Nutrition Nursing on Coma Patients with Brain Trauma

目的观察早期肠内营养护理对脑外伤昏迷患者的护理效果。方法我院2018年3月至2019年3月收治的56例脑外伤昏迷患者为本次研究对象,按照是否给予患者早期肠内营养护理将所有患者分为对照组(28例:未给予早期肠内营养护理)与实验组(28例:给予早期肠内营养护理),比较两组患者护理干预效果。结果实验组患者护理干预1周后血浆白蛋白、血红蛋白、血浆前白蛋白等营养指标数值均优于对照组(数据差异明显,P<0.05)。实验组患者不良反应发生率(7.14%)明显低于对照组(21.43%)(数据差异明显,P<0.05)。实验组患者预后良好例数明显多于对照组(数据差异明显,P<0.05),结论脑外伤昏迷患者给予早期肠内营养护理可有效改善患者术后机体营养状态,提升患者治疗安全性。

Objective To observe the nursing effect of early enteral nutrition on coma patients with brain trauma.Methods 56 patients with brain trauma coma admitted to our hospital from March 2018 to March 2019 were studied.All patients were divided into control group and experimental group according to whether they were given early enteral nutrition nursing.The 28 patients in the control group were not given early enteral nutrition nursing.28 patients in the experimental group were given early enteral nutrition nursing.The effect of nursing intervention was compared between the two groups.Results Nutritional indexes such as plasma albumin,hemoglobin and plasma prealbumin in the experimental group were better than those in the control group after 1 week of nursing intervention(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group(7.14%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(21.43%)(the difference was significant,P<0.05).The number of patients with good prognosis in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Early enteral nutrition nursing for patients with brain trauma coma can effectively improve the nutritional status of patients after operation and enhance the safety of treatment.
