康复护理干预对脑中风失语患者的护理效果观察

Nursing Effect of Rehabilitation Nursing Intervention on Patients with Stroke Aphasia

目的关于康复护理干预手段应用在脑中风失语患者当中的护理效果分析。方法选择我院在2018年1月到2019年2月收治的脑中风失语患者38例作为观察组,另外选择同期来我院进行治疗的脑中风失语患者38例作为对照组,对两组患者分别配合康复护理和常规护理进行干预,比较不同护理所取得的效果。结果经不同干预后,观察组治疗有效率为92.11%(35/38),对照组为71.05%(27/38),P<0.05,存在统计学意义;观察组并发症发生率为15.79%(6/38),对照组为39.47%(15/38),P<0.05;对于两组患者经过不同护理以后的CRRCAE评分进行比较,观察组明显优于对照组,P<0.05,差异存在统计学意义。结论临床对脑中风失语患者在护理的过程中,通过康复护理干预手段进行干预能够有效的提高患者病情康复治疗的有效率,降低并发症对患者的影响,对患者的相关功能加以改善,值得推广。

Objective To analyze the nursing effect of rehabilitation nursing interventions in patients with stroke aphasia.Methods A total of 38 patients with stroke aphasia admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to February 2019 were selected as observation group.38 patients with stroke aphasia who were treated in our hospital for the same period were selected as the control group.Intervention with rehabilitation care and routine care to compare the effects of different care.Results After different interventions,the effective rate was 92.11%(35/38)in the observation group and 71.05%(27/38)in the control group,P<0.05,which was statistically significant.The complication rate in the observation group was 15.79%.(6/38),the control group was 39.47%(15/38),P<0.05.For the two groups of patients after different nursing care,the CRRCAE score was compared,the observation group was significantly better than the control group,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.significance.Conclusion In the process of nursing patients with stroke aphasia,the intervention of rehabilitation nursing intervention can effectively improve the effectiveness of patient rehabilitation,reduce the impact of complications on patients,and improve the related functions of patients.It is worth promoting.
