心理护理干预对老年高血压患者治疗依从性及效果的影响分析

Effect of Psychological Nursing Intervention on Treatment Compliance and Effect of Elderly Hypertensive Patients

目的分析探究心理护理干预对老年高血压患者治疗依从性及效果的影响。方法从2017年3月至2019年3月期间在本院接受治疗的老年高血压患者中选择74例作为研究对象,将其随机分成对照组(n=37)和观察组(n=37)。对照组实施常规临床护理,观察组实施心理护理干预措施,对比两组患者的治疗依从性情况和临床治疗效果。结果观察组患者的治疗依从性整体优于对照组(P<0.05)。患者护理后观察组患者的收缩压与舒张压指标分别为(128.66±8.89)mm Hg和(80.44±9.98)mm Hg,显著优于对照组的(148.52±11.29)mm Hg和(93.36±11.28)mm Hg(P<0.05)。同时,观察组患者的临床治疗有效率为94.59%,明显高于对照组的81.08%(P<0.05)。结论老年高血压患者临床护理过程中,灵活应用心理护理干预模式,有利于提升老年高血压患者的治疗依从性,在保证临床治疗有效性和改善临床症状表现等方面也发挥着积极的作用。

Objective To analyze the effect of psychological nursing intervention on the treatment compliance and effect of elderly hypertensive patients.Methods A total of 74 elderly patients with hypertension who were treated in our hospital from March 2017 to March 2019 were randomly divided into control group(n=37)and observation group(n=37).The control group was given routine clinical nursing,and the observation group implemented psychological nursing intervention measures to compare the treatment compliance and clinical treatment effects of the two groups.Results The overall compliance of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The systolic and diastolic blood pressure indexes of the observation group were(128.66±8.89)mm Hg and(80.44±9.98)mm Hg,which were significantly better than those of the control group(148.52±11.29)mm Hg and(93.36±11.28)mm Hg(P<0.05).At the same time,the clinical treatment efficiency of the observation group was 94.59%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(81.08%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The flexible application of psychological nursing intervention mode in the elderly patients with hypertension is beneficial to improve the treatment compliance of elderly hypertensive patients,and also plays an active role in ensuring the effectiveness of clinical treatment and improving clinical symptoms.
