Effects of Information-Knowledge-Belief-Behavior(IKAP) Nursing Model Intervention on Quality of Life and Treatment Compliance of Stroke Patients

目的探究信息-知识-信念-行为(IKAP)护理模式干预对脑卒中患者生活质量和治疗依从性的影响效果。方法选择2017年1月至2018年1月间在本院接受治疗的脑卒中患者进行研究,采用随机抽样法从中抽选出80例患者,将其按照计算机序列法随机分为对照组、观察组,每组病例数各为40例。对照组脑卒中患者开展常规护理,观察组患者开展IKAP护理模式干预,比较两组脑卒中患者护理后生活质量各项指标评分、运动功能评分(Fugl-Meyer)、生活能力评分(Barthel)、自我护理能力评分(ESCA)以及治疗依从性。结果观察组脑卒中患者护理后生活质量各项评分均高于对照组,组间数据对比差异性具有统计学意义:P值<0.05。护理前两组患者FMA、ESCA评分无统计学差异性:P>0.05,护理后FMA、ESCA评分均明显升高,组间差异性对比:P<0.05。而且观察组脑卒中患者护理后,治疗依从性明显提升,与对照组患者相比较:P<0.05。结论IKAP护理模式在脑卒中患者中具有较高的应用价值,能够有效提升患者的生活质量,并提高患者的治疗依从性。IKAP护理模式干预后,可以有效改善患者的运功功能、生活能力、自我护理能力,对患者预后康复具有积极作用。

Objective To explore the effect of IKAP nursing intervention on the quality of life and treatment compliance of stroke patients.Methods Stroke patients receiving treatment in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were selected for study.80 patients were selected by random sampling method and randomly divided into control group and observation group according to the computer sequence method.The number of cases in each group was 40.Patients in the control group were given routine nursing care,and patients in the observation group were given IKAP nursing intervention.Scores of various indicators of quality of life,motor function score(fugl-meyer),life ability score(Barthel),self-care ability score(ESCA)and treatment compliance of stroke patients in the two groups were compared.Results The scores of quality of life after nursing in the observation group were all higher than those in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant:P<0.05.There was no significant difference in FMA and ESCA scores between the two groups before nursing:P>0.05;FMA and ESCA scores were significantly increased after nursing,and the difference between the two groups was P<0.05.In addition,the treatment compliance of patients in the observation group was significantly improved after nursing,compared with the control group:P<0.05.Conclusion IKAP nursing model is of high application value in stroke patients,which can effectively improve the quality of life of patients and improve their treatment compliance.After the intervention of IKAP nursing mode,it can effectively improve the patients’motor function,life ability and self-care ability,and play a positive role in the prognosis and rehabilitation of patients.
