延续性护理对预防产后抑郁的临床效果研究

Clinical Effect of Continuous Nursing on Prevention of Postpartum Depression

目的探讨延续性护理对预防产后抑郁的临床效果。方法选取2018年1月至2019年1月在辽宁中医药大学附属医院妇产科就诊的80例产后患者,随机分为试验组和对照组,对照组40例采取常规护理,试验组40例,在对照组的基础上使用延续性护理,比较两组患者的产后抑郁发生情况。结果试验组与对照组产后第1周发病率没有统计学差异(P>0.05);产后第6周发病率试验组发率为12.5%,对照组为20.0%,试验组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组和对照组产后第1周抑郁得分没有统计学差异(P>0.05);护理后产后6周抑郁得分有明显差异(P<0.05)。结论使用延续护理对产后患者进行护理,可以明显降低患者的抑郁程度,降低抑郁的发生,值得在临床推广。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of continuous nursing on the prevention of postpartum depression.Methods From January 2018 to January 2019 in liaoning university of Chinese medicine affiliated hospital of obstetrics and gynecology clinic of 80 patients with postpartum,randomly divided into experimental group and the control group,control group 40 cases take routine nursing care,experimental group 40 cases,on the basis of the control group using the continuity of care,compared two groups of patients with postpartum depression occurs.Results There was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in the incidence of postpartum 1 week(P>0.05).The incidence rate at week 6 was 12.5%in the experimental group and 20.0%in the control group,which was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in depression scores between the experimental group and the control group in the first week after delivery(P>0.05).There was significant difference in depression scores at 6 weeks postpartum after nursing(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of continuous nursing care for postpartum patients,can significantly reduce the degree of depression in patients,reduce the incidence of depression,worthy of clinical promotion.
