艾司奥美拉唑联合多潘立酮片及磷酸铝凝胶治疗胃食管反流病的临床研究

THE CLINICAL EFFECT OF OMEPRAZOLE COMBINED WITH DOMPERIDONE TABLETS AND ALUMINUM PHOSPHATE GEL ON GASTROESOPHAGEAL REFLUX DISEASE

目的探讨胃食管反流病的治疗方案。方法选取98例胃食管反流病患者,将其随机分为对照组和观察组,各49例。对照组单独服用艾司奥美拉唑,观察组服用艾司奥美拉唑、多潘立酮片及磷酸铝凝胶。观察两组临床疗效及不良反应。结果观察组疗效优于对照组(χ^2=10.85,P=0.016);两组不良反应比较无统计学意义(χ^2=0.11,P=0.739)。结论艾司奥美拉唑联合多潘立酮片及磷酸铝凝胶治疗胃食管返流病,疗效确切,安全性好。

Objective To explore the treatment plan of gastroesophageal reflux disease.Methods 98 patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,49 cases each.The control group took esomeprazole alone,and the observation group took esomeprazole,domperidone tablets,and aluminum phosphate gel.The clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of the two groups were observed.Results The observation group has better clinical efficacy than the control group(χ^2=10.85,P=0.016).The adverse reactions between the two groups were not statistically significant(χ^2=0.11,P=0.739).Conclusion Esomeprazole combined with domperidone tablets and aluminum phosphate gel is effective and safe in the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease.
