摘要
武汉保利关山村K26地块项目为四塔多重复杂连体结构,项目包括两栋172.6m的高塔和两栋45.0m的矮塔。四塔分别在2层、10~11层、22~23层设置3道连体,造成结构严重不规则;着重介绍了该项目抗震性能化设计情况,并对连体结构、塔楼连体位移特性、混凝土收缩徐变对高低塔连体的影响、整体结构破坏机制、核心筒偏置进行了分析。分析结果表明,主体结构抗震性能满足规范要求,结构能够满足安全要求。
Wuhan Guanshancun K26 Plot project developed by China Poly Group Corporation is a four-tower multiple complex connected structure;The project consists of two 172.6 m high towers and two 45.0 m low towers. The four towers are respectively set three connections on the 2 nd floor, 10~11 th floors and 22~23 th floors, which cause serious irregularities of the structure. The seismic performance-based design of the project was specifically introduced, and thus the connected structure, the displacement characteristics of the tower connection, the influence of concrete shrinkage and creep on the high and low tower connected corridors, the failure mechanism of the overall structure, and the core wall offset were analyzed. The analysis results show that the seismic performance of the main structure meets the requirements of the code, and the structure can meet the safety requirements.
