摘要
基于张拉结构的施工模拟分析的理论基础,对长春奥林匹克公园体育场轮辐式张拉结构的索系张拉步骤进行介绍,并通过有限元软件ANSYS模拟了施工过程中的背索安装、环索同步提升,谷索张拉三个阶段。张拉过程中拉索索力稳定无跳跃,结构位形最终达到成形目标态,钢结构von Mises应力均较小。
Based on the theoretical basis of construction simulation analysis of a tension structure, the steps of cable system tension for the spoke tension structure in Changchun Olympic Park Stadium were introduced. The finite element software ANSYS was used to simulate the three stages in the construction process including the back cable installation, synchronous lifting of ring cable and valley cable tension. During the tension process, the cable force was stable and no jump occurred. The configuration of the structure finally reached the forming target state, and the von Mises stress of the steel structure was small.
