B超联合腹部X线平片和平扫CT在诊断肾结石的效能比较分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的研究B超联合腹部X线平片和平扫CT在诊断肾结石患者的效能。方法以60例肾结石患者作为研究对象,研究时间为2018年1月-2019年12月,分为参照组与研究组,每组各30例,给予参照组B超联合腹部X线平片检查,给予研究组CT平扫诊断,对比两组患者的敏感度、特异度,进行统计学分析。结果研究组患者的敏感度明显高于参照组,P<0.05,统计学意义存在。研究组患者的特异度与参照组比较,P>0.05,统计学意义不存在。结论急性肾结石患者可使用B超联合腹部X线平片、平扫CT诊断,均具有较高的特异度,可有效检出结石,而平扫CT诊断的敏感度更高,应用效果显著,可促进疾病的治疗,对患者具有重要意义。
