摘要
目的通过仪器法及手工显微镜法对体液标本进行检测分析,以手工法为参考,对仪器的性能进行验证,并对高荧光参数值筛查异常细胞的能力进行研究。方法收集2015年5月至2018年12月就诊于云南省第一人民医院门诊以及住院患者体液标本198例,根据标本性质及操作方式的不同分组,得出统计结果分析。结果仪器法:A组CV%(11.32),(r 0.537)。B组CV%(6.52),(r 0.962)。C组(CV%2.68),(r0.984)。D组(CV%8.26),(r 0.942)。高荧光参数值结果显示:10%20%组。结论仪器法体液模式通道能代替手工法进行体腔液细胞计数及分类,但应根据标本的类型、细胞浓度选择。细胞分类及形态分析应结合相差显微镜结果。高荧光参数增高时,应充分考虑异常细胞可能,必须进行显微镜形态分析。
Objective To test the the performance of the performance of XT-4000 I Blood Analyzer in serous cavity effusion test through comparing the instrument method and manual microscopy analysis in body fluid specimens test,and to explore the the ability of high fluorescence parameter values in screening abnormal cells.Me thods A retrospective study was conducted.A total of 198 body fluid samples from outpatient and inpatient patients in the first people’s hospital of yunnan province from May 2015 to December 2018 were collected,and the statistical results were analyzed according to different groups of sample properties and operation modes.Re s ults The instrument method:group A CV%(11.32),(r0.537).CV%(6.52),group B(r0.962).Group C(CV%)2.68,(r 0.984).Group D(CV%8.26),0.942(r).High fluorescence parameter value,the result showed that the<10%HF-the highest proportion of BF group accounted for 20%or less,the tumor cells were mainly distributed in 10%<HF-group BF 20%or less,the HF-BF>20%group.Conclus ions Model of fluid passage can take the place of manual instruments to analyze the coelomic fluid cell count and classification,but should choose according to the type of specimen,the concentration of the cell.Cell classification and morphological analysis should be combined with phase contrast microscope.High fluorescence parameters increased,the abnormal cells that should be considered,and the microscope morphological analysis must be conducted.
