摘要
目的研究血小板增多与假性高血钾之间的关系,建立修正公式对假性血钾水平进行修正。方法将52例血小板增多患者的血清钾与血浆钾差异值(K-difference,DK)、血小板数量(PLT)和血小板平均体积(MPV)作为重要变量进行回归分析。结果根据回归方程得到修正公式:血钾值=血清钾-血小板数量×0.001-0.009(r=0.914)。结论该修正公式简单实用,准确可靠,可估算血小板增多患者的真实血钾水平。
Objective To estimate true values of serum potassium in pseudohyperkalemia in patients with thrombocytosis by using the correction formula.Me thods We investigated laboratory data possibly involved in pseudohyperkalemia in 52 sampes from patients with thrombocytosis,and studied estimation capability for true values of serum potassium,driving a correction formula by means of several laboratory data to explain the difference of measured potassium values(K-difference:serum value minus plasma value).Re s ults Correction formula was driven by regression equation as following:the true values of potassium=serum potassium-platlets×0.001-0.009.Conclus ion The correction formula is considered to be useful for estimating the true value of serum potassium in samples ftom patients with thrombocytosis.
