摘要
中性粒细胞是人体血液循环中最丰富的白细胞,其与抗感染及抗炎密切相关,是天然免疫系统的重要组成部分。中性粒细胞可被肿瘤细胞分泌的细胞因子招募至肿瘤微环境进而转化为肿瘤相关中性粒细胞(tumor-associated neutrophils,TANs)。TANs通过与肿瘤微环境中的肿瘤细胞和免疫细胞相互作用,在肿瘤发生发展过程中发挥重要作用。近年来越来越多的研究发现,TANs可以通过释放活性氧、分泌细胞因子及蛋白酶、释放胞外诱捕网及影响免疫细胞功能等方式影响肿瘤进展。现对近年来TANs与肿瘤发生发展关系的研究进展进行综述。
Neutrophils are the most abundant leukocytes in human blood circulation,which play important roles in anti-infection and anti-inflammation.Neutrophils can be recruited to the tumor microenvironment and transit into tumor-associated neutrophils(TANs)by cytokines which secreted by tumor cells.TANs plays an important role in tumor development through interaction with tumor cells and immune cells in the tumor microenvironment.Recently,more and more researches revealed that TANs mediate tumor progression through release of reactive oxygen species,secreting cytokines and proteases,releasing neutrophil extracllular traps and affecting immune cells function.And now,we review the recent studies on the association of TANs and tumor progression.
