MBBS来华留学生心内科临床实习的教学设计 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨MBBS来华留学生临床实习过程中,加强中外学生互动,提高留学生学习的主观能动性,达到理论知识向临床实践能力的转化,并实现中国学生专业英语和师资水平的提升,以及留学生教学效果的提升。方法选取2018年8月至2019年10月在昆明医科大学第二附属医院心内科三病区实习的MBBS留学生、中国临床医学专业实习生各17人作为研究组,在昆明医科大学第二附属医院心内科其他病区实习的MBBS留学生及中国实习生各17人作为对照组,通过出科考核以及调查问卷形式评估教学效果。结果研究组教学效果以及留学生交流满意度优于对照组(P<0.05);留学生试验组出科考成绩统计值0.865,对照组出科考成绩0.872;留学生试验组调查问卷满意度得分17.62,对照组得分8.95;中国学生试验组心内科专业英语考核成绩均值为17.90,对照组考核成绩均值为10.29;差异具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论临床实习中通过中外学生互动的方式,能提高来华留学生主观能动性,提高MBBS临床实习的教学效果,提高基础理论知识的临床应用能力,值得在临床教学中推广应用。 Objective To explore the effect of interactions between Chinese and foreign students on the clinical practices of MBBS international students in China,and to verify whether it can improve the foreign students’subjective initiative in study,transform their possession of theories to practical clinical competency,and achieve the"triple-win"situation where Chinese students’proficiency in professional English,teachers’qualification level,and the teaching effectiveness towards the foreign students were all improved.Me thods In this study,17 MBBS international students and 17 Chinese clinical medicine interns from the third ward of the department of cardiology in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University from August 2018 to October 2019.17 were selected as the research group.17 MBBS students and 17 Chinese interns from other wards of the department of cardiology of the second affiliated hospital of kunming medical university served as the control group.The teaching effect was evaluated by examination and questionnaire.Re s ults Through the interaction between Chinese and foreign students and between students and teachers,the teaching effectiveness and the foreign students’satisfaction degree with communication of the research group turned out to be superior to that of the control group(P<0.05).Among them,the statistic value of the examination score for foreign students in the experimental group and the control group were 0.865 and 0.872 respectively;the satisfaction score for the questionnaire of the international student in experiment group is17.62,and the control group score was 8.95;the average score of the professional English test for cardiology in the experimental group of Chinese student was 17.90,and the average score in that of the control group was 10.29;and the difference was of statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclus ion The interaction between Chinese and foreign students during the clinical practice is demonstrated to be an effective way to improve the foreign students’subjective initiative,the teaching effectiveness of clinical practice towards MBBS foreign students,and their ability to apply basic theories to clinical practices,thus this method is worth recommending for the clinical teaching.
