制造企业在生产中瓶颈问题一直受到生产计划与调度管理人员关注。阐述目前对生产瓶颈的相关概念及延伸概念研究、瓶颈的识别与预测问题研究以及瓶颈的控制与改善研究,并指出对生产瓶颈问题未来的研究趋势。

Production bottleneck problem in manufacturing enterprises has been paid attention to by production planning and scheduling management personnel.This paper describes the current research on the related concepts and extension concepts of production bottlenecks,the identification and prediction of bottlenecks,and the control and improvement of bottlenecks,and also points out the future research trend of production bottlenecks.
