高校主导型创新创业教育生态系统研究

Exploration into ecological models of innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities

在"大众创业,万众创新"背景下,创新创业逐渐成为推动区域经济发展的重要引擎,构建和完善双创教育生态系统成为学术界关注的热点话题。在文献分析、实地调研和高校创新创业实践经验总结的基础上提出了构建以高校为主导的创新创业教育生态系统。首先分析创新创业教育生态系统的内涵,然后提出高校创新创业活动过程模型,最后根据理论研究,广泛的调研论证和高校创新创业实践经验构建了以创新创业人才培养为目标,教育过程为基础,资源整合是关键,创业机会是助力器的高校创新创业教育生态系统并从搭建协同创新平台,构建课程体系和优化教育模式三个方面提出优化路径。

Under the background of"mass entrepreneurship and innovation",the innovation and entrepreneurship has gradually become an important driving force for promoting regional economic development.Building and improving the"dual creative"education ecosystem has become a hot topic in the academic community.On the basis of literature analysis,field research and the summary of university innovation and entrepreneurship practice,the paper puts forward the construction of a college-led innovation and entrepreneurship education ecosystem.It first analyzes that connotation of the innovation and entrepreneurial education ecosystem,then puts forward the model of the innovation and entrepreneurial activity of the university.Finally,it builds the innovation and entrepreneurship training as the target,the education process as the foundation.The resource integration is the key and the entrepreneurial opportunity is the booster of college innovation entrepreneurial education ecosystem according to the theoretical study.A wide range of research and innovation of colleges and universities are made on the pioneering practice experience,which explore the optimization path from building collaborative innovation platform,the construction of course system and education mode.
