摘要
通过结合电源控制器(PCU),开展全轴随机振动试验与常规电磁振动台振动试验结果的比对分析研究,提出了基于应力强度和累积损伤的全轴随机振动试验数据量化分析方法,可为同类航天电子产品开展可靠性强化试验全轴随机振动试验结果分析提供理论支持及方法指导。
In this paper,an omni-axes random vibration test and a vibration test of power control unit(PCU)are analyzed and studied.An idea for the quantitative analysis method based on stress magnitude and accumulated damage is proposed,which may provide theoretical and methodological reference for the analysis of omni-axes random vibration tests of similar aerospace electronic products.
