主成分分析法在装备采购合同履行综合评价中的应用

The Application of Principal Component Analysis in the Comprehensive Evaluation of Equipment Procurement Contract Performance

装备采购合同履行评价是装备采购合同管理的前提和基础,采用主成分分析法对装备采购合同履约进行综合评价,从17项评价指标中获得了5个主成分,计算了各类型装备的各主成分得分及加权综合得分并进行了分析。该方法可有效避免各项指标之间的关联影响,且各指标之间的权重关系通过数据本身的内在关系确定,减少了人为主观判断带来的误差,因此评价结果更为客观合理。

The performance evaluation of equipment procurement contract is the premise and foundation of equipment procurement contract management.Using Principal Component Analysis(PCA),this paper evaluates comprehensively the contract performance for equipment procurement.Five principal components from 17 evaluation indexes are obtained,and the principal component scores and weighted composite scores for all types of equipment are calculated and analyzed.This method can effectively avoid the correlated effects between the indicators,and the weight relationship between the indicators is determined through the internal relationship of the data itself,which reduces the error caused by subjective judgment,so the evaluation result is more objective and reasonable.
