心理辅导干预对胃癌术后患者人格特征及生活质量的影响分析

Analysis of the influence of psychological intervention on personality and quality of life of patients with gastric cancer after operation

目的探讨心理辅导干预对胃癌术后患者人格特征及生活质量的影响。方法选择我院2018年6月—2019年6月收治的胃癌手术患者88例,按入院顺序编号分为对照组和研究组,各44例。对照组接受普通护理(用药指导、病情观察、体征护理等);研究组在对照组基础上增加心理辅导干预(评估后制定干预方案、认知干预、情感支持以及行为干预)。分别以艾森克人格问卷(EPQ)和SF-36方积乾编制的汉化版调查量表评估2组患者的人格特征和生活质量情况。结果经干预后,2组精神质(P)和掩饰性(L)无明显变化(P>0.05),研究组内外向(E),神经质(N)得分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组SF-36评分表8个维度的各项指标均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对胃癌术后患者采取心理辅导干预,可改善心理特征,增强治疗信心,消除不良情绪,提高了生活质量,值得临床应用。

Objective To explore the influence of psychological guidance on personality and quality of life of patients with gastric cancer after operation.Methods 88 patients with gastric cancer who were admitted to our hospital from June 2018 to June 2019 were divided into control group and study group according to the number of admission sequence,44 cases each.The control group received general nursing(medication guidance,disease observation,physical signs nursing,etc);the study group increased psychological guidance intervention(after evaluation,formulate intervention program,cognitive intervention,emotional support and behavioral intervention)on the basis of the control group.Eysenck Personality Questionnaire(EPQ)and SF-36 were used to compare the personality characteristics and quality of life of the two groups.Results After intervention,there was no significant change in psychoticism(P)and disguising(L)between the two groups(P>0.05).The scores of E and N in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The indexes of 8 dimensions in SF-36 scale in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Psychological counseling can improve the psychological characteristics,enhance the treatment confidence,resist the bad mood and improve the quality of life of patients with gastric cancer.
