摘要 目的:研究规培护士轮转后离职的影响因素及对策。方法:对某省级三甲医院2012年3月—2018年7月规培轮转后离职的126名护士进行调查。结果:不同年龄段规培轮转后护士离职因素相差不大,离职的原因有薪资待遇低、收入分配不均衡、聘用制同工不同酬、护理工作量大、发展空间局限、照顾家庭与工作的平衡、社会偏见和社会支持力度低、排班及人员配备不合理等。护理工作量大、薪资待遇低占离职率中的比例最大。结论:认真分析规培轮转后护士离职的影响因素,制订出相应的管理对策及改进方法,可稳定护理队伍,缓解职业倦怠,提高护理质量。为护理管理者制订切实可行的措施提供参考。 Objective:To investigate the influencing factois and countermeasure of standardized training nurses′demission.Methods:A total of 126 demission standardized training nurses from Three-gradeclass-A hospital in a Province from March 2012 to July 2018 were selected as the research object.Results:The standardized training nurses′leaving reasons at different ages had no obvious differences.They resigned because of lower salary treatment,unevenly income distribution,same work with different pay,heavy workload and high working pressure,meanwhile,they face many probleams,such as development imitations,a work-family balance,loer social status and so on heavy workland and lonet salary treatment hold the most proportion of turnover vate.Conclusion:This article mainly analyzed the influening factors by the departure of standardized training nures and discussed corresponding measures,meanwhilee this article provide refrence for managers to work out feascible measures,and reduce turnover to promote sustainable development of nursing work.
