早期综合康复护理在小儿脑瘫中的应用效果

Application effect of early comprehensive rehabilitation nursing in children with cerebral palsy

目的:探讨早期综合康复护理在小儿脑瘫中的应用效果。方法:选取2018年1月—2019年1月新余市妇幼保健院收治的小儿脑瘫患者120例,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组。观察组(n=60)采用循证护理引导的多元综合康复护理;对照组(n=60)采用常规护理。对比两组护理效果及综合功能改善程度。结果:观察组总有效率为98.33%,对照组为76.67%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理后综合功能明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用早期综合护理能有效提高小儿脑瘫患者的康复护理效果。

Objective:To explore the application effect of multiple comprehensive rehabilitation nursing in children with cerebral palsy.Methods:A total of 120 children with cerebral palsy admitted to Xinyu City Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group according to random number table.The experimental group(n=60)was used.The observation group(n=60)received rehabilitation nursing,and the control group(n=60)received general nursing.The nursing effect and the improvement of comprehensive function were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of children with cerebral palsy in the experimental group was 98.33%.The total effective rate of the control group was 76.67%.The experimental group was significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The comprehensive function of patients in the observation group after nursing was significantly better than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Early comprehensive nursing can effectively improve the rehabilitation and nursing effect of children with cerebral palsy.
