摘要
慢性自身免疫性荨麻疹(CAU)是慢性自发性荨麻疹(CSU)的一种特殊类型,其特征是风团和/或血管性水肿反复发作,常伴有全身症状,病程超过6周。本文就该疾病的临床表现、发病机制、诊断及治疗做一综述。
Chronic autoimmune urticaria(CAU)is a special type of chronic spontaneous urticaria(CSU).It is characterized by repeated wheal,angioedema,or both simultaneously.The course of the disease often persists for more than six weeks,and the systemic symptoms are common.The clinical presentation,pathogenesis,diagnosis,and treatment are reviewed in this paper.
