摘要
目的探究式学习理念对心内科介入手术护理教学的应用。方法将2017年4月-2019年4月这个时间段作为取材区间,纳入在我院实习的护生总计80例,将2018年4月前在我院实习的40例护生划分为对照组,其实习期间接受传统手术护理教学,2018年4月后在我院实习的40例护生则划分为观察组,其实习期间接受探究式学习理念为主的手术护理教学。结果观察组内护生的护理能力明显优于对照组(P<0.05),教师对护生实习效果的满意度比较观察组明显较高(P<0.05)。结论探究式学习理念在手术护理教学中的应用可以显著提升护生的护理能力,教师对实习效果的满意度也显著提升,综合应用价值显著,适宜推广使用。
Objective To explore the application of inquiry learning concept in nursing teaching of interventional surgery in cardiology department.Methods From April 2017 to April 2019,80 nursing students were enrolled in our hospital.40 nursing students who were interned in our hospital before April 2018 were divided into control group.They received traditional surgical nursing teaching during their internship.40 nursing students who were interned in our hospital after April 2018 were divided into observation group.During their internship,they mainly accepted the concept of inquiry learning of peration nursing teaching.Results The nursing ability of the nursing students in the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the satisfaction degree of the teachers to the nursing students’practice effect was significantly higher than that of the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of inquiry learning concept in surgical nursing teaching can significantly improve the nursing ability of nursing students,and the satisfaction of teachers to the effect of practice is also significantly improved.The comprehensive application value is significant,and it is suitable for popularization and application.
