摘要
以疾病为导向的多项目联合检测的教学方法,是一种以病例为中心,引导学生利用已掌握的实验诊断学理论知识按照疾病的特点选择合适的检验项目,并通过讨论来得出每个检验项目的临床意义。这种方法不但可以提升学生的学习兴趣,还可以使学生更直观的了解临床,形成临床思维和综合应用能力。与传统的教学方法相比可以更系统的掌握理论和实践知识。文章总结了现阶段实验诊断教学中存在的问题,分析了多项目联合检测的优势,并提出了教学方案的实施和教学过程,同时对于教学效果的保障也进行了详尽的阐述,以期为实验诊断学教学提供更多的教学思路。
The teaching method of disease-oriented multi-item joint testing is a case-centered method,which guides students to select approp riate testing items according to the characteristics of diseases by using th e theoretical knowledge of experimental diagnostics,and obtains the clini cal significance of each testing item through discussion.This method can not only enhance students’interest in learning,but also make stude nts more intuitive understanding of clinical,forming clinical thinking an d comprehensive application ability.Compared with traditional teaching methods,it can grasp theoretical and practical knowledge more systemati cally.This paper summarizes the problems existing in the teaching of exp erimental diagnosis at the present stage,analyses the advantages of multiproject joint testing,puts forward the implementation of teaching plan and t eaching process,and elaborates on the guarantee of teaching effect in detail in order to provide more teaching ideas for the teaching of experimental dia gnosis.
