开放手术影像采集与转播示教的实践与应用

手术观摩是开放手术示教的主要形式,但由于手术室严格的无菌要求、手术的复杂性以及场地限制,对手术进行视频录制和转播是十分必要的。但是传统的手术录像示教画面模糊且容易被遮挡,使得学生对手术中的难点与关键点缺乏实际感受,示教效果并不显著。开放手术视频录制采用腔镜可视系统设备,可贴近录制手术,避免遮挡,操作灵便,具有手术视野直观、画面生动形象的特点。结合搭建光纤网络将开放手术现场画面转播到示教现场,能够加深医学院学生对临床相关知识的学习与理解,直观学习手术技巧,缩短学习周期,提高学习效率。文章主要论述了开放手术影像采集与转播示教相关的影像采集、转播系统和应用效果。

Operation observation is the main form of operation teaching, but due to the strict sterile requirements of the operating room, the complexity of the operation and the limitation of the site, it is necessary to carry out operation record and broadcasting. However, the traditional video teaching method is blurred and easy to be blocked, which makes students lack of practical experience of the difficulties and key points in the operation, and the teaching effect is not significant. Open surgery video recording uses a laparoscopic visual system, which can record surgery at close range, avoid occlusion, easy to operate, intuitive visual field and vivid image. Build a fiber-optic network to broadcast the open surgery scene to the teaching site is able to deepen the study and understanding of clinical related knowledge, intuitively learn surgical techniques, shorten the learning cycle and improve learning efficiency. This paper mainly discusses the image acquisition, relay system and application effect of open surgery image acquisition and relay teaching.
