摘要
文章分析"互联网+教育"的内涵与优势,明确乳腺疾病影像教学中存在的现实问题,突破传统影像教学的局限性,以"互联网+"为契机、以学生为中心,通过构建医学影像学互联网平台、组建以影像为中心的乳腺MDT团队,整合影像教学资源、讨论与学习,。针对影像住院医师及学生们对乳腺疾病临床诊疗认知的不足,强化影像学征象分析、定期开展乳腺疾病教学读片赛及疑难病例讨论、短期见习、教学查房等,从而优化乳腺疾病影像教学模式,以解决临床问题为导向的转化型教学,指导及培养影像住院医师及学生们适应互联网时代的学习方法。
This article analyzes the connotation and advantages of "Internet +education", clarifies the practical problems that exist in the mammary gland disease imaging, breakthrough the limitations of traditional image teaching, with "Internet +" as an opportunity,with students as the center,through the construction of medical imaging to Internet platform, forming image as the center of the mammary gland MDT team,integrated video teaching resources, discussion and study. For image resident and students of mammary gland disease clinical diagnosis and treatment of cognitive deficiencies,strengthen the imaging manifestations of analysis,regularly reading teaching to carry out the mammary gland disease and difficult cases discussion, short-term trainee,teaching rounds,etc.,so as to optimize mammary gland disease image teaching mode,type conversion,in order to solve the problem as the guidance of clinial teaching,guidance and training imaging residents and students to adapt to the age of the Internet learning methods.
