超声在妊娠合并卵巢肿瘤中的应用

The Value of Ultrasound Imaging in the Diagnosis of Patients With Ovarian Tumors

目的探究对妊娠合并卵巢肿瘤患者使用超声声像图进行诊断的的临床应用价值。方法现选取2014年6月-2019年6月来医院就诊的疑似妊娠合并卵巢肿瘤患者122例,将她们的临床资料中有病理检查结果和超神声像图进行回顾性分析。结果手术前使用超声诊断确定为卵巢肿瘤的患者有122例,术后通过病理诊断方式确诊为良性肿瘤的有110例(包括34例成熟性囊性畸胎瘤,76例浆液性囊腺瘤),12例为未合并卵巢肿瘤。结果表明妊娠合并卵巢肿瘤患者使用超声诊断的敏感度可高达100%,准确度为90.16%,特异度为0。结论对疑似妊娠合并卵巢肿瘤患者采用超声诊断具有较高的敏感度,准确度也相对较高,判断方式简单快捷。

Objective To explore the clinical value of the diagnosis of pregnancy-associated ovarian tumor patients using ultrasound sonography.Methods From June 2014 to June 2019,a total of 122 patients with suspected pregnancy-related ovarian tumors who were admitted to our hospital were enrolled.Their clinical data were retrospectively analyzed for pathological findings and supersonic images.Results There were 122 patients with ovarian tumors diagnosed by ultrasound before surgery,and 110 patients diagnosed as benign tumors by pathological diagnosis(including 34 mature cystic teratomas and 76 serous cystadenomas),12 cases were unovarian tumors.The results showed that the sensitivity of ultrasound diagnosis in patients with ovarian tumors with pregnancy can be as high as 100%,the accuracy is 90.16%,and the specificity is 0.Conclusion Ultrasound diagnosis of patients with suspected pregnancy and ovarian tumors has higher sensitivity and higher accuracy.The judgment method is simple and fast.
