微创内减压术治疗大面积脑梗死的临床疗效分析

摘要 目的分析微创内减压术治疗大面积脑梗死临床疗效、神经功能及并发症分析。方法选择2016年1月-2019年1月本院收治70例大面积脑梗死患者,按随机数表分为两组,对照组35例采用保守治疗,研究组35例在对照组基础上行微创内减压术治疗,对比两组患者临床疗效、神经功能及并发症。结果治疗后,研究组患者NIHSS(9.89±2.89)分与Barthel评分(37.52±8.67)分比对照组低,差异具有统计意义(P<0.05);且研究组患者脑内血肿、急性脑膨出等并发症发生率5.71%,比对照组22.86低,差异具有统计意义(P<0.05);研究组患者生活质量(77.34±10.18)分,明显高于对照组(62.91±8.95)分,差异具有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论临床对大面积脑梗死患者实施微创内减压术治疗,可改善患者神经功能,减少并发症发生,有效提高患者生活质量。 Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy,neurological function and complications of minimally invasive internal decompression for the treatment of large-area cerebral infarction.Methods Seventy patients with large-area cerebral infarction who had received treatment in the Hospital between January 2016 and January 2019 were enrolled.They were divided into two groups according to the random number table:the 35 patients in the control group were given conservative treatment,and the 35 patients in the study group were given minimally invasive internal decompression based on conservative treatment.The clinical efficacy,neurological function and complications in the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the NIHSS and Barthel scores in the study group were(9.89±2.89)and(37.52±8.67)respectively,both shown to be lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications such as intracerebral hematoma and acute encephalocele in the study group was 5.71%,lower than that in the control group,which was 22.86%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The score of life quality was(77.34±10.18)points in the study group,significantly higher than that in the control group,which was(62.91±8.95)points,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with largearea cerebral infarction,minimally invasive internal decompression can help improve their neurological function and quality of life,and at the same time reduce complications.
