鼻内镜下治疗鼻窦炎合并鼻息肉的临床疗效

Clinical Efficacy of Endoscopic Sinusitis With Nasal Polyps

目的分析鼻内镜下鼻窦炎合并鼻息肉的临床治疗效果。方法择取本院110例鼻窦炎合并鼻息肉患者,收治时间从2016年12月-2018年3月。上述患者根据随机数字表分成两组,2组患者术前进行常规抗菌治疗,使用鼻用激素进行局部喷鼻,而激素过敏者可进行泼尼松口服治疗。对照组行传统手术,研究组行鼻内镜下手术,记录2组患者的临床治疗效果及嗅觉功能和鼻腔气道的阻力情况。结果研究组总有效率,嗅觉的功能评分明显较对照组的高,而鼻腔气道阻力显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论鼻内镜下手术对鼻窦炎合并鼻息肉患者的疗效较好,在很大程度上缓解了鼻窦炎临床症状,降低鼻腔气道阻力。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of endoscopic sinusitis with nasal polyps.Methods 110 patients with sinusitis and nasal polyps were selected from December 2016 to March 2018.The above patients were divided into two groups according to the random number table.Two groups of patients underwent routine antibacterial therapy before surgery,using nasal hormones for local nasal spray,and those with hormone allergy could be treated with prednisone.The control group underwent traditional surgery,while the study group underwent endoscopic surgery.The clinical efficacy,olfactory function and nasal airway resistance of the two groups were recorded.Results The total effective rate,olfactory function score of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group,while nasal airway resistance was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Endoscopic sinusitis surgery has a good effect on patients with sinusitis and nasal polyps,which relieves the clinical symptoms of sinusitis to a great extent and reduces the nasal airway resistance.
