不同方法治疗老年性胫骨中下段骨折的疗效分析

Therapeutic Effect of Different Methods in the Treatment of Senile Middle and Lower Tibiofibular Fractures

目的探究锁定加压接骨板结合微创经皮钢板内固定技术与交锁髓内钉治疗老年性胫骨中下段骨折的作用。方法选取2015年2月-2019年4月期间本院接受治疗的老年性胫骨中下段骨折患者90例,按照随机数字表法分做分组研究,对照组行交锁髓内钉内固定术治疗,观察组行锁定加压接骨板结合微创经皮钢板内固定治疗,均为45例。比较两组手术疗效以及疗效情况。结果观察组手术时间、术中出血量以及骨折愈合时间分别为(65.87±10.05)min、(56.22±8.38)mL、(15.12±1.65)d,对照组依次为(82.34±10.58)min、(65.23±8.76)mL、(16.78±1.87)d,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组优良率为88.89%明显高于对照组的71.11%(P<0.05)。结论为老年性胫骨中下段骨折患者开展锁定加压接骨板结合微创经皮钢板内固定技术,疗效显著,手术时间短,最大限度改善内固定后及踝关节背伸度数,促使骨折愈合,积极改善患者预后。

Objective To explore the effect of locking compression plate combined with minimally invasive percutaneous plate internal fixation technology and interlocking intramedullary nail in the treatment of elderly middle and lower tibia fractures.Methods From February 2015 to April 2019,90 elderly patients with middle and lower tibial fractures treated in our hospital were selected according to random number table method.The control group was treated with interlocking intramedullary nail fixation.In the observation group,45 patients were treated with locking compression plate and minimally invasive percutaneous plate fixation.Compare the surgical efficacy and efficacy of the two groups.Results The operation time,intraoperative blood loss and fracture healing time of the observation group were(65.87±10.05)min,(56.22±8.38)mL,(15.12±1.65)d,and the control group were(82.34±10.58)min,(65.23±8.76)mL,(16.78±1.87)d,the difference between the groups was significant(P<0.05).The excellent rate of the observation group was 88.89%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group,71.11%(P<0.05).Conclusion The locking compression plate combined with minimally invasive percutaneous plate internal fixation technology for elderly patients with middle and lower tibial fractures has a significant effect,short operation time,maximizes the degree of ankle back extension after internal fixation,and promotes fracture healing and positive Improve patient prognosis.
